Most climbers will agree that the best way to improve your climbing is to just climb a lot. There’s a lot of truth in that but not just any kind of climbing will improve your skills.
In other sports it is normal to isolate movements and practice them ad nauseam. Think about tennis players practising a backhand over and over or football players doing footwork drills.
Yet in climbing people rarely do that. I’m producing a series of videos to remedy that. The technical videos that are included in the ClimbChat app aim to improve your technique by working proper technique in isolation.
Each video will feature an exercise or game to improve your technique while climbing at the gym. You will receive 1-3 exercises per climbing session. Your goal is to have fun climbing as usual but to try at least one of the exercises in your session.
