I’m working on a series of guided climbs for beginners to cover basic technique. These start out short, 5-10 minutes & focus heavily on improving your technique.

I’m working a longer podcasts for advanced climbers that focus more on endurance. They use the principles of ARC endurance training & will last longer, up to 45 minutes.
